Event description

This will be a one and half hour event (the prize is your success) recaping the material from June and going over what we discovered over the month.

Home work: Day one after Part 1: Say "NO" to everything that comes your way. Be classy. If you are in customer service. Instead of saying "NO" directly, rephrase it as "just a moment please let me _ and I will get right back" Day 2 to the 24th: Journel the areas you felt stuck in saying "NO" and where you said "NO" and it felt GREAT or you second guessed yourself.

Most of all: Have fun with this.

Hi Ila, I've had this on my datebook since our last/first encounter on this topic. I will be there. I can't wait to hear how it's been for everyone else. It feels like it was forever... since our last discussion. Looking forward to seeing you again and sharing.

Some advice I try to follow: Be careful what you promise. Be willing to say no — nicely, at first, and more strongly when necessary — either when something your client wants is not in the statement of work or when a request is unreasonable or unethical. Furthermore, you want to say no when it is something that would not be in the client's best interest. In such a case, you can say, "Our experience tells us that." But when you must say no, try to offer a more attractive alternative that solves the client's problem.

so sorry I didn't make it something last minute What I have noticed this past month being more deliberate about my no No NO is that I became more aware of what I do/did want. My life is noticeably more open and relaxed and I find myself speaking my truth more effortlessly than before. Again, sorry I missed it.

Next seminar will be how fitness can increase your income three times.....
