Event description

Utilizing business psychology, learn how to close more sales and increase your chance of success during these tough economic times. By attending this hands-on workshop, not only will you close more sales, you'll build long lasting client relationships whereby they'll continue to buy from you, refer you to others and help spread your name across the community.

Here is a brief summary of what we'll cover:

  1. How to build instant rapport with anyone
  2. How to identify the unique mental map and communication style of your customer
  3. How to discover their true needs, wants, and desires whether they share them with you or not
  4. Learn your customer's decision making strategy
  5. How to tailor your sales presentation and communication style based on the information you've gathered above and how this will close your sale

We'll also discuss how to cross-sale, up-sale, create long-lasting relationships, and techniques to reassure your customers they've made the right decision by purchasing your products/services (this will prevent returns or cancellations).

After this workshop your attitude about sales will change. You'll see how you're satisfying the needs of your customers instead of just trying to meet numbers and quotas.

Caution: These techniques are only relevant if you believe in your product/service and if you have something valuable to offer them. These techniques should not be used to manipulate people to buy something they don't need.

Paul, You are a wonderful presenter. Interesting materials delivered in an audience friendly manner. In fact, you offered so much in such a short amount of time, it was fantastic. I know that people pay thousands for your "secrets". We were a very lucky and very receptive audience. Thank you so much for sharing. I can see why you are so popular!

    Paul,

Thank you for hosting the event. You did a great job to deliver the content, provide oppotunities for us to practice what we learned and allow time for us to connect in personal level.

My biggest learning was "how to close sales".

    Paul --

Thank you for your highly engaging, content-rich workshop last evening.

You brought a unique clarity to what makes all of us "tick," including a fresh perspective on the psychology behind why and how we buy what we buy (or don't buy, for that matter).

[Now that I've a pretty comprehensive introduction to how to 'win friends and influence people' through instant rapport-building, I'm left to wonder what my own specific trigger points and psychological model of the world are. In other words, how does someone build instant rapport with me and motivate me to purchase something from them (provided I need and desire it)]?

I took away many valuable insights and tools and want to thank you for generously and freely sharing them with us.

I couldn't help but appreciate how practical these understandings of human psychology and behavior are to communication and ultimately making the sale. But more importantly, I found these principles and tools of practical value in enhancing all of our relationships, whether they be with parents, children, siblings, spouses, or any other relationship.

Said another way, I concluded from your workshop that the philosophy upon which these principles and tools are grounded is all about how to facilitate authentic connection with others in all areas of our life -- of which marketing and sales is just one part.

And isn't that -- authentic human connection -- what we all really want anyway?

You also designed the workshop well, using various teaching modes and giving us opportunities to observe, practice, and interact with each other to really "get" the information in our bones.

    Well-done, Paul. Thank you.

Paul, I second what Tshombe said - we were all learing about communicating with others - and I loved how everyone seemed to feel successful at "selling" when the night was over - since we all do sell every day... (many people call it something else) - what most people really don't like is "bad" selling - the high pressure, sleazy stuff - and it is great to see a presentation that focuses on the admirable type of selling that is all about being an agent of change.

Your exercises were great, and I am pleased to know now how to better refer you.

This class was one of the best I've taken on sales and one of the best I've attended through Biznik.

    Fabulous content, fabulous presenter!

Thank you for your generosity in sharing. After seeing you in action, I would not hesitate to refer you to companies needing your consulting or training services. I'll keep my eyes and ears open!
