What Annie does

Change is inevitable. We make it easy.

We support and guide people in times of major transition ~ thier own, or their parent's.

We handle all the hassles of the moving, downsizing or reorganization process for our clients. If there's any task a client needs done, we do it. Those red flags that make you anxious about moving, hand them to us! We are the General Contractor for your transition ~ however, we are not the moving company, as we leave the heavy stuff for the big burly guys.

We pack, unpack, set up the new home as the client requests (i.e. put the clothes in the closet, towels on the rack, glasses in the cupboard). We cam organize items to be auctioned, consigned, donated to charity or taken to the dump. And, yes, we get rid of the boxes at the end of the day!

We respect clients as family and give them the time and support they need. Their transition experience is the key to our success. We don't just move their old problems to a new location.

We laugh hard and work harder.

"Change is inevitable. We make it easy."

What Annie does best

My specialty ~ shifting peoples thinking so they actually ENJOY their move!

Experience

My clients are:

Seniors downsizing from a life-long home to a retirement community or assisted living facility.

Individuals or families not having the time or energy to deal with moving.

People finding their homes bursting at the seams and needing help to go through years of accumulated "stuff."

Three client examples

~ a retired couple from Seattle to Puerta Vallarta; including a massive 3-day estate sale and full inventory of the remaining items for the border crossing.

~ a family moving an elderly and head-strong mother comfortably into a retirement community she now loves.

~ a family with two boys under 2 years old who who moved to Canada. Foreseeing, researching and coordinating all the details of exporting significant value personal belongings. Through some research I saved them over $3000 in tax to moving their wine collection.
