Our mission is to provide a solution for struggling homeowners everywhere to be able to remain in their home so that the flood of distressed properties is reduced and real estate markets nationwide can begin to recover. Through a process referred to as “Loan Modification”, we allow the current homeowner to retain ownership of the home; the only thing that changes for the homeowner are the terms of the mortgage. By preventing distressed homes from coming to the market, needing to be dealt with as "short-sales" or even foreclosures, we are helping to stop the tremendous erosion in real estate values we have experienced in the past 24 months.
The banks are really cooperating and doing things to prevent more losses and keep current homeowners in their homes. In my years in the Real Estate and dealing with short sales I have never seen banks make the concessions they are currently offering. So, I am asking for your help with my cause.
