  Our Non-Profit Gift Program enables you to direct funding to non-profit organizations you want to support. When you hire Braxtan Real Estate for your next purchase, 10% of our net commission will be contributed to an organization chosen by you. That's a significant gift for the organization you want to support, and it costs you nothing!

  The gift recipient must be approved by both you and Braxtan Real Estate. We prefer to support organizations working on environmental sustainability, healthcare, homelessness, social justice, and the arts, but gifts are not limited to groups in these categories. And the gift can be made in your name, in a friend or family member's name, or anonymously.

  How it Works Home buyers in Washington rarely pay their agent out-of-pocket. Commission is typically paid by the seller, and the seller's agent pays the buyer's agent a pre-determined percentage. This is why our Non-Profit Gift Program is so valuable to you; the gift made to the organization you choose is made with funds earned by your agent, and it costs you nothing!

  Commissions and costs are different for each transaction, so the amount of the gift will also vary. In a typical purchase involving a $500,000 home, the gift would be approximately $750 - $2000. For transactions involving a $1,000,000 home, the gift could be as high as $4,000.
