What Dan does
I provide the highest level of real estate services that are on the market. We have developed unique marketing programs for sellers that are tailored to the individual needs of each seller. This means that we get our listings sold quicker and for more money. In 2007, our average sales price to list price ratio was 100.85%, whereas the MLS average was 99.15%. For buyers, we aggressively represent their needs and goals, to get them into the home of their dreams!
What Dan does best
Form lasting relationships with people. I believe that the real estate business is all about relationships, and my job has not been done if I haven't turned a client into an advocate. In addition, I believe that it is my role as a real estate professional to wear many hats, which includes finding creative solutions to the roadblocks that come up in real estate transactions.

My goal is to form relationships with business owners in the community, and develop reciprocal relationships to boost each other's business. I am very liberal with the outgoing referrals that I give to the business owners in my network. As of September of 2008, I've placed 47 referrals to the business owners in my network!
