My first business was started while I was in High School with a partner. He was in college, his mom was our accountant. We painted houses, as students do, in the summer. During the year I would pick up extra cash cleaning apartments. Thirty years later my company still cleans apartments.

My wife operates the residential cleaning company, while I do specialty, whole house, cleaning projects.

We revitalize properties. There's a sense of accomplishment by turning a property around. We have done small houses, high end refurbishing, apartment buildings one unit at a time, hotels, restaurants, warehouses, and commercial buildings.

We are growing the cleaning service business.

Extensive work restoring high end homes in the Seattle area. Extremely knowledgable about construction practices. Over a thousand project homes successfully completed. My part was in coordinating trades through a project in a cost effective way. Many times this involved me in the work of others. I have become a jack of many trades and a Master Painter in the process. We found getting a high quality finish to a home the biggest challenge.
Our company focus now is on cleaning. We operate a couple of cleaning businesses in Seattle. The work is similar, a little less hazardous, and still detail orientated.
