Hitch focuses on small to mid-sized ad agencies running at critical mass, who recognize that new business development and client retention can be the big obstacle to an agency’s survival. While large clients and agencies can utilize search firms effectively, smaller shops are often disrespected or ignored completely when competing with the big guys. And even when smaller agencies are included in pitches, the process itself can be an impossible drain of time and energy.

Hitch is in startup mode, and will be ready for our first search in the first quarter of 2009. We are now developing our nationwide database of qualified small- to mid-sized agencies. We would love to consider your agency for inclusion, based upon review of your agency’s capabilities and profile.
