I've been in business since 1997 with a gourmet Meal Delivery and Catering business. The main focus of our service is to provide heart healthy meals to busy professionals and deliver those meals weekly to their home. Our service is more affordable than having a Personal chef come into your home. We cook in our certified commercial kitchen and deliver it to your door.

We also do event catering and have many years experience in the restaurant business and fine dining service. Our specialty is Green Weddings, working with the bride and groom to create a unique menu using fresh local ingredients.

I also work with Nutritionists, Gym owners and Restaurants to develop custom menus for their clients that fit their nutritional profile. Our kitchen is certified as a food processing kitchen in Snohomish county.

I really enjoy cooking. I also enjoy wine, traveling, baseball, gardening, animals and my family and friends.

I am an entrepreneur at heart, I love the challenge of creating something from the ground up and watching it grow.

People who are interested in eating healthier or who want to add extra time to their week. Our service saves clients approximately 10 hours each week!

AA degree from NSCC, coursework at UW, certificates from Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Academy, Undergraduate diploma US Personal Chef Institute, Certified Chef instructor, Personal Chefs Network, Certified Sports Chef and Certified Nutritional Consultant

17+ years restaurant experience, 11 plus years as chef/owner of a food business.
