About John

Currently I am an owner's representative for investments in small real estate properties. My investor is on the east coast where property values are so low there is a limited future market. We (here in Portland) are lucky where the foreclosures have not significantly damaged the entire real estate market.

My investor just acquired a duplex which is in fair building condition, with loyal tenants. With some TLC, it will be a jewel. We are in the process of screening for more jewels. Portland is a wonderful urban area with highly desirable living conditions and long term growth prospects.
