E-Motion-S - a method for understanding the impact of emotions on your results as a leader in business. This method provides an unusual navigational, guidance and sensory awareness process for working with and reorienting yourself as the world changes around you. It helps you keep your bearings and your sense of direction no matter what happens.

Convert to Joy Triangle Model - a method for learning to deal with fear and convert it into joy energy not only with yourself, but with your staff, colleagues and clients. It becomes a mental conditioning skill you can acqire and use constantly to keep you stay sharp and in condition mentally even under stress.

Intentional Bio-Energetics - a new integrated body-mind-spirit model for strategic thinking, achievement coaching and visioneering. A hybrid of farm girl, entrepreneurial and quantum physics thinking, it provides a living systems perspective on organizational management. It is creative and flexible for the solo or creative entrepreneur who has to wear many hats. It makes managing change easier and simpler to understand. It provides a new way of looking at ourselves as part of a holistic living system - a part of nature, rather than separate from it. A method where we begin to understand how we influence and are influenced by the world around us.

New Sourcing - When you are a leader in community entrepreneurship it's typical to miss that you are the richest, most undiscovered resource in your own project. And so are the other humans in your organization. We seldom 'Re-Source' our team - we normally pigeon-hole them and limit them to their job description. What if you didn't?
