About Kelly

Who am I?

I am a Health Coach and a Workplace Wellness Consultant. I have worked in many sectors of the health industry from weight management through education, good nutrition and activity, to youth counseling for lifestyle change, and even a period in the health insurance industry. I have experienced life in some diverse places, from New Zealand, where I was born, to Orcas Island, Hawaii and now Bellingham. I love working with people whether in large groups, small groups or one-on-one. I am blessed with a beautiful and gifted wife and two wonderful children.
