Member Directory doesn't work for me

When I go into the categories and click on them, (the ones that show there are people who are actually listed within those categories), the resulting page shows no one listed.

Even when I click on the categories that I know I've selected, there's no one listed.

Is there something I'm doing wrong?

Does Anyone Use Virtual Receptionist Services?

I'm researching these services for a client and am wondering does anyone here have any experience with using a virtual receptionist service such as DaVinci, OneBox eVoice Receptionist, or Ruby Receptionists?

This would specifically be with regards to taking messages, relaying message information to the client, and return calls to clients.

Were you able to sign up for only specific services or is it usually only package deals? What assurances were you given about your client's confidentiality and the messages they relayed?

If you've used one of these services, can you tell me who you used and if you were pleased with the services you received? Would you use them again?
