  Mack bears some credit ( or perhaps blame?) for the beginnings of Velocity Trade Exchange, a Triad Barter Network...

  At a networking function, several years ago, I explained to Mack my passion for helping small businesses and my plans to start a small business consulting firm.

  His advice created the pause that changed my life and led to the birth of Velocity Trade Exchange; he said to make sure, before starting my business, to create something that I would not be imprisoned to.

  Wow! consulting... what's more imprisoning? I knew immediately that I needed wait until I found something that I could systematize and duplicate. I continued on and waited to hear about the opportunity for which I had faith would come.

  An out-of-state family member pointed me to the concept that led to VTE's inception. I knew immediately that my life's purpose had met its vehicle.... A barter network helps small businesses grow!
