Thanks Leif. Another method to do this is to copy their message to you in a bookmark:

Steps:

1. Copy their text
2. Select the down arrow next to their name and 'bookmark' 3 past their message

a few less steps and might be easier to stay organized by not having to sift through your sent box to find it.
