VASHON ISLAND RETREAT
Saturday, August 16, 10am-5:30pm - $90 ($75 for Biznikers)
It’s time for another Vashon Retreat in a beautiful studio nestled in the trees. We will enjoy a spacious day in community, moving, witnessing, sharing food and opening to what emerges through this process. This is a wonderful retreat for new or experienced movers who want to devote a full day, and a ferry ride, to the practice.

ONGOING OPEN LEVEL MONTHLY GROUP
One Saturday a Month, Sept-June 9:30am-12:00pm
(9/13, 10/18, 11/15, 12/13, 1/18, 2/20, 3/21, 4/25, 5/16, 6/13) - $350
In this year–long group we will move, witness, and delve into this practice that opens us to our bodies and to a deeper sense of self.
ONGOING GROUP FOR EXPERIENCED MOVERS One Sunday a Month, Sept-June 10am-1:30pm (9/14, 10/19, 11/16, 12/14, 1/19, 2/21, 3/22, 4/26, 5/17, 6/14) - $500 During the year we will explore Authentic Movement in ways that expand our sense of both personal and collective process.
SIX-WEEK INTRODUCTORY SERIES Mondays, Oct 20-Nov 24, 7-9pm - $150 Each week we will open to our bodies, listening to ourselves in new and expansive ways. By giving over to what is not yet known we are moved into authenticity, surprise & deep enjoyment.
